Dee is CPD Director with Engineers Ireland and is responsible for leading the CPD team in the development, delivery, continuing improvement and evaluation of quality CPD training and development offerings to members across all disciplines. She manages the CPD Accredited Employer standard and the CPD Employer of the Year Excellence Award. Dee is also responsible for leading a team to deliver the STEPS Programme which encourages primary and post-primary students to explore the world of STEM while also promoting engineering as a career choice.

Prior to joining Engineers Ireland, Dee was HR Manager of PH McCarthy Consulting Engineers and WYG Ireland. Dee is a HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in the engineering industry in quality management, Learning and Development and Human Resource management roles.
