Dr. Stewart joined I-Form in 2024 to contribute her expertise on employee welfare, learning, and group dynamics to research projects on human-centric manufacturing. Dr. Stewart has an enduring interest in the well-being of groups and teams operating in organizational settings. Her work seeks to answer questions about the origins and development of team accountability over time and its relationship with trust, team commitment, identification, and other related emergent phenomenon. In addition to investigating team dynamics and organizational attachment, Dr. Stewart is an expert on survey design and a 2024-2026 teaching fellow of the prestigious Negotiations and Teams Resources Institute (NTR). She is currently examining how artificial intelligence (A.I.) is perceived by learners when they are training to become negotiators.
