Victoria McGovern is a postdoctoral researcher specialising in human-centric manufacturing, based at University College Dublin (UCD). She completed her PhD at Queen’s University Belfast, where her research focused on the normalisation of Industry 4.0 robotic automation within the School of Business. She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the same university. Her primary research interests lie in technology innovation processes and the human-centric adoption of emerging technologies.
