Adam Boyce is an assistant professor at the School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering, UCD. He holds an ME in Mechanical Engineering from UCD and a PhD in Materials Engineering from the University of Cambridge (UK). Prior to joining UCD, Adam was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Electrochemical Innovation Lab at University College London and the Faraday Institution. His interests span energy storage materials and devices, covering the experimental and computational design of next generation liquid and solid-state lithium-ion battery microstructures, as well as redox flow batteries.
